New York Governor, David A. Paterson picks U.S. Represenative Kirsten Gillibrand

In a surprise move the Governor of New York, shunning Mario Cuomo picks little known Democrat U.S. Congresswoman from New York to replace the vacant U.S. Senate seat held by Hillary Clinton who is now Secretary of State under the Obama administration.

This is a far better choice from what I have read than I expected, and she sure is nice on the eyes, especially compared to Hillary's constant frowns.
